This website will take you on a journey through its history from the geology of the land, the bronze age to the present day. Covering the people who have lived here and live here now; the flora and fauna that flourish in its mild Atlantic climate and the strong sense of community that thrives locally. A community also stretches across the world to where Tuosist people have emigrated to and from where people have come from to settle here.
The strong community in the area is reflected in the long running annual Newsletter and various publications over the years. These are available to purchase or download from our shop .
